Todd and his colleagues have excellent communication skills and vast industry expertise. The business where I work was having problems with a prior marketing firm. I had the impression that I was in capable hands from the first thanks to the team's patient and courteous communications. The team was very well-organized throughout the project and kept me informed of the project's development. The site was finished on schedule, and the final result was just what I had hoped for. We spent quite a bit of time explaining our project with Todd Weeks of 2surge. After being assured they could deliver on our website design, things quickly fell apart. First, they do not have offices, they operate out of their home...I was led to believe they had two locations....meeting at Starbucks wasn't my idea of a professional web design company. Also, the staff is made up primarily of Todd, his wife and son. Some of the reviews that I read were written by another family member and an employee.After realizing Todd would not be able to deliver our requests, and after months of double talk, splitting hairs on technical terminology and no returned phone calls, we pulled the plug on our relationship. Our bank refunded our money and we hired another firm...that is producing our product with little issues. But Todd has disputed this with my bank...although Todd has admitted he cannot produce our requested products, he feels he should be paid. Todd has lied several times to my bank insisting it was I that misled him...that I lied to him about the site I wanted designed...hmmm ...that's not logical. I've spent way too much time battling Todd over this few thousand dollars...in my opinion,Todd builds simple websites, promotes his company as more than it is, and in my opinion, you would be better off finding another designer. Todd also violated our non disclosure agreement by sending our product ideas to several unknown individuals in an agent to claim funds. Pretty reckless with my product, and I doubt he would be any more cautious with yours .And to respond to Todd's take on our review..we are angry..we spent thousands of dollars and 6 months with a company that makes claims it cannot perform. And our credit card company has issued nothing in Mr weeks favor...he just keeps protesting the initial outcome...Todd weeks wants to be paid for a job that he has not completed, will not complete, and sadfully, cannot complete...poor Todd is the victim here....any way, anyone reading this review, and back and forth...this is more than likely what you will experience with 2surge and Todd weeks...and recouping funds from an incomplete and incompetent project is not illegal...I'll be more than happy ...as a matter of fact..I'll insist..let's meet in a court room...you violated our contract, you have no locations that you promote in your websites..even to this day...you have family members write favorable reviews...and you lie to financial institutions to sipher funds that you obviously have no talent to earn on your own...beware of this company... Todd is right about one thing...I have tremendous buyers remorse.

I've had the pleasure to work with Todd and team for several years now. 2surge have a specialist knowledge in SEO and consult on strategy reviews for our campaigns. Web design and SEO is everywhere, but not all services are equal. Over the last 15 years I've worked with many. I'm of the view, you can participate and do a thing, check a box...No. Smite your competition. There are levels to this game, make sure you speak to Todd and team first as part of your diligence.

We have been working with Todd for more than 5 years on a couple of healthcare ecommerce website design projects. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The dev team is good at what they do and delivers the milestones as promised. There were times, when we were not sure about the UI design or how something in the backend would work, they provided great solutions to these issues. Overall, it has been a pleasure working with 2Surge teammates. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in designing a custom website for their business.
