Went to get a fill the first time service was great this time not so good I can’t help my hands sweat and I could hear the ladies taking away in their language anyways she moved my hand which caused it to make the white she was putting on to smear she didn’t fix it put the top coat on top of the white that wasn’t dry and my nails look like a 5 year old did them now she just plainly gave up aside from paying 50$ she still put her hand out for a tip . She didn’t try to fix the nails and now I’m not happy!

It was OK as far as the price, but, nothing looks sanitized at all. they use the same files on everyone which is honestly a health concern cause you never know when someone has a fungal infection and they are helping to spread it out I was a bit disappointed. You can see the shilac all around the area where the nails are and it wasn't cleaned up right. I believe the employees should take a college class to educate themselves on sanitation og items used. The management should invest in disposable nail files and proper sanitation of equipment from client to client. I think I'll just invest in shilac and do it myself at home that was I don't catch what other people have that could possibly be a fatal bone eating fungus that may require amputation or heavy medicine if caught with time ⏲️ ?

Since this business doesn’t have much of any current reviews and pics I want to give my experience. Okay so me and my boyfriend went to this salon the day before Christmas Eve, like about 2 hours before their closing time.Let me tell you, the nice women working there, were the sweetest and most hardworking people. They fixed up mine and my boyfriends feet real good and the girlie that did my gel toes and acrylic nails did such a great job. There was no rushing nor any rudeness. My 3 year-old granddaughter probably would’ve done a better job, never been there before was my first time, Really thought the place was kind of dirty not even sanitary dust and dirt everywhere should have walked out but I didn’t and that was my mistake.Even after I pointed out everything that was wrong with my toes, Polish on my cuticles my nails were uneven, clumps of polish on my toes nails, he asked if I wanted them re-done I seriously said no so fast, but I got charge the full price!Service: Pedicure

I believe it's called Cali's now. Please don't quote me on that. But I happened to be in Alice and I needed to have my nails done so I went there...for the very last time. Not only did she keep hitting my cuticle bed with that electric gadget, she actually drew blood on my ring finger and thumb. A horrible horrible horrible place the lady that did my pedicure took 22 minutes to do pedicure and to top it off nails are all uneven and unshaped and the worst part is when she put shoes on she smeared polish and didn’t fix even after I told her about it so very unprofessional will never ever be coming back to the horrible place.Service: Pedicures

Horrible. I called abt a set long acrylic they gave me the quote of 30$ for long one color. Then when I arrived they were grinding my nails and it was burning me she had the machine on so high. Then I asked her to do the letter a on both ring fingers. In cursive at an angle and she didn't do that I told her to fix it she just wiped it off with a dry paper towel and redid the same thing looking exactly how she already had it. Then when I go to pay she charges me 50$. I told her I had spoken to someone nd they told me 30$. Now fast forward 3 weeks later my nails will not come off. I soaked in acetone for an hr and they are literally imbedded in my nails. I called asking for a refund nd they refused. Most horrible customer service.
