The front desk ladies are great! Polite, respectful, and to the task. Vet techs are kind and compassionate. The doctor is very knowledgeable and direct. They're open the second and fourth Saturday of each month, which is super convenient. On the Saturdays that they are open, they stop receiving patients at 11:30 because they close at noon. So, be respectful and plan accordingly.

Just got back from taking Tori, to the vet, she had a big cut on her chest, took her in last week, today her stitches were removed! The staff was wonderful! The fee was unbelievably reasonable! Thank you !! For your kindness ! Nina

I went in as a walk-in with my pet pit bull Cartel. I was immediately escorted to the back despite the line of people in the lobby. I came in with a sick dog who contracted parvo so they helped me quick. I was for sure they would tell me Cartel wasn't gonna make it. Two nurses assured me that with the medication and if given properly that he would be just fine n up in 2 days. Well they saved cartels life. They showed me step by step on how I would be administering his meds thru IV at home and they weren't gonna let us go until I did it in front of them correctly. I was also given options if I couldn't pay for the visit. But we did and now i know why my Grandma always took her Pets there. They are life savers and I appreciate everything they did for my baby n me. Thanks Alamosa!!! Love krystal n Cartel.

They are kind, friendly, and great Veterinarian services. They are very competent and not much waiting. A good place to take your pet! They are affordable! I did this referral on my own!

It’s not bad but I think the staff need to work on their attitude, there’s a few ladies that are just rude and disrespectful and was mad because our dog had 1 flea ? they get fleas it happens ??♀️ just rude?did not feel welcomed and felt uncomfortable ?

I'm a volunteer foster in Rescue, Alamosa is always accommodating, friendly and does not treat my foster's any different than they would A dog that has an owner or family! They even made a special concession to get my last Foster neutered ASAP as that is very, very important in order to have an animal adopted.

I really love taking my pets here. They handle them with care and kindness and aren’t that judgmental. We are new to the whole pet owner thing and have had some bumps in the road, but the staff has always been here to help. My only complaint is sometimes the front staff can be a little rude, but I know how it is when it gets busy. This place is mainly walk ins only and the wait time can be awhile. It’s the only place I’ll go in town for my babies best care.
