Without exaggeration Thigbe has the best customer service of any company I’ve worked with in any industry. That alone pays for itself, but on top of that they’re constantly finding me the best deal possible on my energy service. Trust me, this is the company you want to trust with your energy service needs!

We’ve been receiving biweekly and weekly charges since we moved here in the summer. Can’t get anyone to explain the way things work. Someone either has to call back or can’t explain it at all. We have also been charged every week for the last 3 weeks totaling over 500 dollars. Each charge was over a hundred dollars.We’ve called so many times for it all to be explained, but it’s been super difficult and we’re told the system is playing catch up. Don’t know what that means? We’ve never been behind in a payment.I keep seeing raving reviews and wondering why that isn’t the case for us.

I've used Thigbe (Previously EZ Electricity) for 3 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. The prices are absolutely unbeatable, I continue to reccomend them to everyone I know. I'm definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

I signed up for an account online and then called twice. Both times calling I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days with energy plan options. Didn’t happen at all.

We switched to EZ Electricity about 5 months ago. Worst decision ever. Should have stayed with our previous company. So confusing the way they do things then when it switched to Thigbe our rates have steadily increased and just received our largest bill since living in our home.*** update 01-04-201. Soon after I posted this review I was contacted by Thigbe to see how they could make things better. I was reached by phone and email. I emailed them back explaining the issue about telling me they would take care of the last bill from Zoom our previous energy supplier and that we ended up receiving that last bill and had to end up paying it. Also let them know that our bills were currently much larger since we switched. I never heard back from them BUT the bills were coming in lower after that. It could be that the switch was made when it was hot, but I will monitor it during our next hot months.Currently though the price is right and service has been fine for the last 3 or 4 billing cycles.

I switched from TXU to Thigbe a couple of years ago, & that was probably one of the smartest decision I’ve ever made. I went from TXU who charged me $250 for electricity in my 560 sqr ft home, to Thigbe who has always charged less than a 1/3rd of TXU’s price. Not to mention my lowest bill has been $19. They have saved me hundreds of dollars, and are miracle workers! 10/10 recommend Thigbe as your provider.

We have been working with EZ Electricity for a few months now. The service has been nothing short of outstanding and our monthly bills are roughly about half of what they once were. Since signing up, I don't even think about our electricity rates anymore. This is a great service for those looking to save money and gain peace of mind.
