“In response to a previous review: Why is HEB NOT just another grocery store? Why is it worth it to fight the crowds or (just a thought) time your trip for slower hours like weekday mornings? Here is your answer!1. Fresh tortillas and tortilla chips made all day long in the store.2. Bread baked right there in the bakery and sliced to order - Not shipped in frozen and thawed out on the shelf like Walmart.3. The best selection of wines and cheeses outside of a specialty store.4. Clerks who are always friendly and ready to answer questions! This kind of customer service is a lost art form. Thanks HEB!5. Great selection of party trays from bakery and/or deli.6. and finally (something our transplant from CA hasn't had time to appreciate possibly: local specialties from small business vendors that are FAR superior to National Chain Store options.Give them a chance you'll see why Texans just LOVE their HEB.”

“I’ve been with Albertsons on Clifford a long time and this set of Pharmacists is the best they have had. They are patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a pharmacist listen and ask questions to make sure a new medicine was appropriate for me. Also, when I had to sign something I hadn’t signed before I wasn’t listening as well as I should have but just signed it….. I know that was on me but the next day I asked the pharmacist and he could have been annoyed but he met my dysfunctional brain with kindness and explained thoroughly. I really appreciate this. As someone who is going through the doctor gauntlet right now I’m just really thankful I don’t have to feel like I’m a burden on another heal care provider. The pharmacist that came before this set now always showed their annoyance to any and all questions and concerns. Please keep these Pharmacists!!!!”

“We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity!”

“Clean and spacious, this Walgreens is quiet and well-staffed. Stocking must be done in off-hours because there are never boxes sitting around in the aisles. The wait at the drive-thru pharmacy is minimal. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes. (30 minutes is standard at other locations.)”
“I had such a great experience with the photo center at the Walgreens on White Settlement. Alysa was so patient and helpful and worked with me for at least half an hour to get the right size photo for my Korean visa application. I highly recommend this location for their efficiency, customer service, and patience. Thank you!”

“They always try their hardest to help me and they always try to help me get the best deal possible. They put up with almost CONSTANT complaints and other nasty comments/behavior from customers yet still greet you smiling. When it comes to pharmacies and pharmacy technicians, I think they do a wonderful job and they do everything they can, while opening the law and physicians orders. I think when some people don’t understand that it shouldn’t fall back on them after what I saw today. They definitely deserve a break.”

She is proof that there is still awesome customer service in the crazy, not so friendly sometimes, world we live in. She is genuine and so so sweet. You will leave with your beautiful photos feeling like you just made a new friend, I did! The pictures I submitted for a very simple photo book were not cropped properly (my bad) not only did she call me and alert me with the problem, but when I got there she was patient and took the time to help me organize everything for my precious photo book for my grandson! Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful! I won't get pictures developed anywhere else! Thank you Susie!”

“Employee at register had to call management to scan my digital card. When management got to register and scanned my digital card, he still said he was told not to, I don't know why since the manager just told him to do it. It was my uhc otc card. Which has the instructions on how to use it.”
