It took me a while to find a place like this, but I love how they pay attention to the patient. If I have multiple things going on they take the time to make sure each thing is addressed, and the doctor even takes time to ask if there is anything else that I need to talk about when it comes to my health. Both of the desk makes sure that everything that you needs is taken care of. I would definitely recommend this office if you like people who recognize patients not just another number for an insurance company.

Dr Williams is so kind, knowledgeable and caring when treating and guiding my mom, which is 96 year old. She listens and understands her suggestions and even gives her options. Love Dr. Williams!

This group of professionals are the most caring and sincere I've ever seen. Dr Subramanian is easy to talk to, he has an open mind and a caring attitude. He takes time to discuss issues and explains them in detail. He is very well educated. Nurses and assistants have the same attitude plus they are all friendly and always smiling.

In general, I am highly pleased with the compassionate care received while at the office. J. Williams, DO is thorough, she listens and includes the client in the plan of care. The only problem I have ever had with the office is when phoning in requests. They do not always seem to make their way to the appropriate HCP.This last visit was rated as above.

The nurse was very prompt with calling me back. Dr. Williams let me ask all my questions and discussed everything thoroughly. My visits are always handled in a very professional way. This is one doctor I enjoy seeing.

Dr Melcher has been my GP for 12 years now! It's so great to have a doc that actually listens and cares about your health. Thanks Doc M, I appreciate you and your wonderful staff!!!!

Dr. Superman has wonderful bedside manner and always listens to what i have to say and my concerns. He's very kind and always gets to the bottom of what's going on. He's the best PCP I've had.The lab is usually super fast, i had a good experience there, the draw was fast and the phlebotomist that drew my blood was professional. I have one compliant though. When i walked into the lab one of the phlebotomist looked up from her phone then back down to scroll through facebook, never said hello or anything.

I'm entirely disappointed and upset with this medical group. My 8 year old has a horrible ear infection so I scheduled an appointment with what I thought was her doctor online for today. There were several times to choose from- so they had plenty of time to see her. But apparently her doctor was a different one in the same building. I got a call this morning that my daughters doctor will be gone until October, and the other doctor can't see, "new" patients.... there were MANY time slots open. There are zero reasons she shouldn't of been able to be seen today. So to the ER we go. Don't expect this place to be avaliable when you need them.

I was worried about my first visit with Dr Meador but from the moment he walked into my room it was all about me. He was calm and so nice and he listened to everything I had to say and he didn't rush me!!! I like that in a doctor. I would recommend Dr. Meador to be your PCP too...he's great!!

This was my husband and I’s first appointment with Dr Williams and she was so sweet. She was very personable, took her time and seemed genuinely interested.

Love my doctor I see here but the staff is beyond rude. Had to get things taken care of for the doctor to get with insurance on a procedure, whoever answered the phone kept wanting to argue and to call the imaging center.. when that's not the case... she would not listen whatsoever to what I was needing. Horrible attitude the whole time. Asked to speak to someone else and she went off with "you can talk to someone else but they are going to tell you the same thing!!!!" She hung up the phone on me. I called back 2x and got the vm each time when there are multiple people to answer the phones. They have absolutely no compassion for people who are in need of care.

My Mother in Law has her primary doctor there. It's not a very clean building, staff not so friendly, and to really give a good understanding why I am giving 1 star is this ... her doctor stated her chest pain was related to either acid reflux or arthritis in the neck. Now I'm just a medic but I can attest we treat chest pain as possible cardiac which means EKG and blood work. Not arthritis, not acid reflux ..... and guess what .... I'm sitting in a waiting room now while she's getting a triple bypass done ... I wouldn't trust these people with my dog.

I love my dr at this location but there's a girl named Meghan who answers the phone who thinks she runs things and won't even ask a question for you or transfer you to leave a message. She calls back all rude well I asked the dr for you and she said No. Did she really ask the dr?

I really liked my visit with Dr. Subramanian at Lone Star Physicians. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Dr Subramanian is very knowledgeable and attentive. He listens and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. I’ve been to many doctors throughout my lifetime and there’s been none more compassionate and knowledgeable than Dr. Subramanian. I highly recommend him as your primary care physician.

Dr. Melcher and his staff have been excellent in providing my care. His office is professional, knowledgeable/current with medical and technical expertise, spends time listening and attending to medical problems/needs, explains thoroughly the recommended care, provides what I believe to be a friendly/personable environment in all areas from the front desk, nursing staff, Dr. Melcher himself, lab & testing staff, through to the business desk. Five Star care
