“First, these products are all top of the line, gorgeous, unique, and perfect in every way. Second, the customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! I meant to write this review soon, but life happens. I placed an order for Christmas as the beginning of November. After we got back from the NFR (where I bought more Ida Mae Home) I expected my packages to arrive. There was some confusion with what the shop app showed, it showed they had shipped early December, and that wasn't accurate. I sent an email to customer service and they let me know they were a bit behind with December orders and were trying to get things out before Christmas. I emailed back and let them know I am semi-local and could make the drive over from Abilene if it would help, all of my order was placed in early November an were Christmas gifts for several ladies in my family. They not only got the order ready in time, but called to make sure I got it, and actually were able to ship it so I didn't have to drive and had it in time for family Christmas. Their products are of course the best, but their customer service is too!! Shop Ida Mae Home!”
