I'm so thankful to Robert for his great service and incredibly quick turnaround time on getting my phone's screen replaced. Dropped off my phone at 9am and received a call at noon the following day to say my phone was tapered and ready for collection. Thanks for all your help!

We have had several phones broken in our family and it is always a hassle to use insurance, send in your phone, wait for it to get back, etc. I found this business on yelp and sent my daughter to get her phone looked it. They took it in and had it back to her in less than 2 hours. Cost was reasonable especially if you take into account time not wasted. Even has a "warranty". Will definitely be going back.

First of all, learn how to listen to your customer so that you can actually hear the question(s) that he/she wants to ask instead of constantly interrupting. Second, when the potential customer you didn't listen to in the first place begins to leave it's not exactly intelligent or a way to provide a good customer experience to say "good choice" to him/her!!
