Tonight I had the worst experience in a store I enjoy shopping at. Usually they give great service but today the assistant bakery manager was really rude to me and my family. I was not planning on leaving a review because I figured things happen, people have bad days. But whenever she was told about the service she provided she told us she didn’t care. Having someone who represents your company telling paying customers that she doesn’t care to provide service is not good and it reflects poorly on a company whose goal is to provide over the counter services.

Person working in bakery tonight was rude and did not provide any service as we stood there waiting to get some items she looked at us and looked right back down basically ignored us, while we were telling my cousin who works there she was passing and he mentioned it to her and she said she didn’t care

Went with my nieces to pick up my nephew who works there. He had sent us a picture of bakery items we wanted to try them. Grab some items and head to the bakery to grab some of those items we wanted to try. The lady working there was wearing a gray shirt(manager) looked up, saw us looking didn’t greet us or offer assistance. We walked away, my niece told her brother about it, she passes by and he mentioned to her about not giving us good service or any service at all. She looked at us and straight up told us she didn’t care. Hearing that, and to our faces was the reason I decided to leave the review. This all happened today 9/24

More reasonable prices then, most other stores. Their points program is a bonus. Worth the drive

Great grocery store. Brookshire's prime beef is the best you'll ever get. It's a big store, but not "supercenter" size... I like that. Their produce is always fresh, good selection of everything, great rewards program, fair prices. I highly recommend.
