I stored an RV here. The place has new ownership and they have made many improvements. When I parked my RV, the spots weren't even numbered and it was very tight to maneuver into the spot. Since new ownership, they cleaned up all the junk in front of the parking spots and added numbers.The price is a bit high. over $90/mo for a parking spot. There's other RV storage near, some higher, some lower. I think 65-70/mo is fair.The whole system is automated to get in. They had a kiosk when I moved in, I believe now its through the website. To get out of the "lease" I just called and they had me send an email. Pretty easy. Would recommend.

From the very beginning of the experience all of the people that helped me were wonderful. getting me situated helping us find the right unit and the place is immaculate I've used other storage units where my things were covered in dust here everything was clean run correctly can't say enough about them.

I have used Bearcat Self Storage for a little over a year now. I needed a good, clean, climate-controlled place to store stuff. Bearcat is all of those things. Their storage is all 1-story with convenient access to their lockers. I can pull my vehicle up to a door and be very close to my storage locker. That saves a lot of time and work for my wife and for me.I find their prices to be competitive, but perhaps a little more on the higher side. However, I recently needed to upgrade my locker size. Their price was quite a bit higher than the competition. But, they were willing to negotiate the price down to the competition pricing to keep me as their customer. I was glad to stay with them!Melanie is responsive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (thank you Melanie).

Easy sign up, safe and secure storage. Never an issue. Even terminating lease when I no longer needed room was easy.

Taylor is fantastic she is very understanding and has great communication and is always so nice and professional I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage place! Also it's super clean in and they have A/C units and non A/C units!

It is a pleasure to work directly with the owners who are community minded. We were able to store our treasures in a temperature controlled unit. Security is excellent and at the same time gave us easy access.

Once we figured out the on line sign up process the facility was / is great. Units are clean and ready to go. Access is easy. Only issue I had was finding access code for gate. With no on site people to assist you really need to go over contract. That is a little hard doing it off your IPhone.

Very clean facility. The folks at Bearcat are friendly and very helpful. I love the 24/7 access because my timeline doesn’t always fall under regular business hours.
