Melanie is absolutely amazing! She is very helpful and sweet with getting our units squared away, even changing them to give us a better spot for our needs. She has worked so very seamlessly with us on all of our storage needs. Highly Recommend! Customer service is outstanding!

Great storage facility, secure and clean. Seamless check-in/check-out process online. I like that this facility is further away from the city, making it more secure.

We were called out to pump their septic G’s Septic cleaning and the storage facility was very well-kept and clean. Mr. Pierce was on top of making sure the facility was took care of. If looking for a clean environment to keep your belongings this would be the facility I would use.

My work has used Annetta Community Storage since they opened. The facility is very nice and in a great location!
