From day one all the coaches & athletes have been incredibly encouraging & supportive (which is rare these days). I have seen a significant transformation not just physically but mentally, which was even more important to me.

I love that the coaches motivate you and explain all the workout movements. Here they have work outs for every level. And the accountability keeps me coming back.

Well maintained equipment. Always super clean. Plenty of free weights. Relatively small, local, and I definitely prefer it that way.

One of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to you cannot go if you’re under the age of 15 me and my friends went there looking to gain muscle and the owner Shane would stare at us and follow us around and if we would do any highway or Max out he would get mad at us and eventually we stopped going

Shane does an amazing job managing this gym. He is very welcoming and encouraging!Nacy Kocurek does a wonderful job as a yoga instructor. She is very welcoming and kind. She has a very calming voice that helps with the environment of yoga. She also does a fantastic job at explaining the exercises as you do them so that you don’t get distracted and can focus on what you are trying to do. She does a great job at providing options for different levels of experience. So whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you will fit right in!

Great gym with great prices and very friendly staff. They have regular towels and chilled eucalyptus towels- real high end stuff. I wish I had joined the gym sooner instead of sticking with the YMCA. Very clean and plenty of equipment.
