“Pat Saunders, Cindy Swaim and the rest of the employees at this particular DG store are well above the average DG staff. Pat, Cindy and some others communicate regularly with the Yantis Community through a Community Facebook page, keeping us aware of pending shipments of bread, milk, eggs and other basic necessities during a time when the Covid 19 pandemic left the shelves bare for an extended period. Any issues relating to pricing, damaged goods or simple mistakes are handled swiftly with superior customer service in mind. It's a very busy store and ran by a very professional and courteous staff.”

“Good management by employees however the owner gets a rating of 1. Everytime I look for something they never have it in stock. I asked who does inventory and employees said they don't do inventory and "we get what the dollar general truck brings".”

“The lady at the cashier was very good but the coca cola man was very rude I ask him to move so I could get by and he just looked at me and then I went around and he moved in my way again I ask him if he would move so I can get milk and he just push his cart and said nothing it's ok”
