**UPDATE**
Got a call 8/20/24 saying she was in Mt. Pleasant office, she had our part and was personally going to deliver it to Alba by 9:00 the next morning! She did! Thank you!! Got a call from Michael on 8/21/24 that it was ready! We went on 8/23 to pick it up! Based on other reviews, my husband checked the oil (on the new motor) and like others have reported, didn’t have enough oil in it! They put oil in it, we get it home and attempt to start mowing and it now has a loud clanging noise in it that wasn’t there before!! We bought it less than 6 months ago!! On 8/24 we take it back only to be told that Michael isn’t there today. The guy said Michael wasn’t there today, but to take it home and use it and if something happens to it, don’t worry “because it’s under warranty!”

Once they sell you the $10k zero turn, they are done with you!
Service sucks! There was an accident/problem on our end and the motor needed to be replaced. No problem, luckily we have insurance. Took it in on July 22nd and we have gotten nothing but a run around from them and still don’t have it. On our 5th week of not having a mower, no one calls you back and then when you finally get someone, they tell you they have gone above and beyond for you….but yet we still don’t have our mower!
We were told not to use them specifically because of their service, but unfortunately we didn’t listen!

We were in search of a tractor, visited Alba Tractor and met with Galen. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, as we had a lot of questions concerning this big purchase. The entire process, from purchasing our tractor to delivery, was 3 - 4 days. Galen actually delivered it himself! We're very thankful to Galen and Alba Tractor for a wonderful experience during this process!
