You all are so darn rude! The reason we call is to ask questions, why do I hear you pick up the phone and then out me on a continuous hold at least 6 times within a 10 minute call? I, along with other customers, I can only assume, end up hanging up. I bet that’s what you want anyways. If you don’t want to help stop working there. Rude frikkin people or at least have the courtesy to talk to me and tell me to wait. Worst pharmacy out there!

Went in to get passport photos and boy were they pricey (2 for $19). Other drug store, can't say which one, have 4 pics for the same price. I only left the 3 stars because they have better prices on Coca Colas. Hehe!

Prescription was supposed to be filled today but instead was flagged and canceled filling because my doctor isn’t local. They knew I had the prescription being filled yesterday, because they falsely told me it was ready, and now it’s an issue. It is a medication that I cannot go without.

Going back four times during the same week for Moms' prescription is not a pleasant experience, even so more when they tell you to come in and pickup prescription, to say it's to early, followed by it will come in tomorrow, its here but we have 102 orders ahead and calling the next day to have them say, It is here come pick it up only to drive away with the wrong milligrams. So I take them back for them to say, we only have medication for five days, come Monday and pick up the rest. INCOMPETENCE IS ALL I CAN SAY, SAVE THE EXCUSES FOR YOUR NEXT SUPERVISORS MEETING.

Pharmacy section is so rude, fed-ex section is very unprofessional. They speak over you, gaslight you, hang up on you when you try calling them, and talk to other employees as if your not even there. No one was available or there to help you, it was empty and took a while for someone to help. Don’t waste your time or money here.
