5 stars! Specifically for MIGUEL! Was gonna return wipers thought they didn’t fit but in less than 5 mins Miguel, had my wipers installed. When I bought them the sales guy didn’t offer to install and I didn’t know they would. Awesome customer service Miguel!

Save yourself some time !! And don’t come here. Honestly the only reason I came here was bc autozone didn’t have all the parts at their store.. these people will tell you to buy something knowing that if it won’t work for your vehicle “you can’t return it” autozone will return anything if it doesn’t work and even offer better prices they don’t make a big deal like O’Reillys.. never coming back to any O’Reilly . I also did some research and it turns out O’Reillys does this often and is not the first complain

O'Reilly's is good, helpful and friendly and of course, it they don't have it there at the time they can try to get it for you.. But of course probably not exactly everything if you're driving the latest model of car or truck.

I’ve never had issues with oreilly till recently we ordered some brakes on 6/30 at the store and paid for them to be ordered since they weren’t in stock they told me they would have them after 4th of July I called yesterday 7/7 to ask if they had arrived & they couldn’t find my order few min I get called back & they said for me to try calling today since they were not in yesterday said they might arrive today 7/8 I called & they couldn’t find anything about my order & then they said they were never even ordered. So disappointed. Never again.
