Today I went to this place and bought a prepared apple, corn bowl and nachos... the nachos are terrible, no cheese, super dry, and super expensive, the ones in other places are cheaper and have better service, better product... I don't recommend them... spend 40 dollars in this place to receive a terrible product and it took them 20 minutes to deliver my order. There are better, cheaper places with better service and better product.

I have been shopping here for more than 5 years and I have never been touched by such a rude person, the dark-haired lady who wears 2 onions in a white shirt. He is attending to me and he is not paying attention, he has to come and ask me 3-4 times what I want, all because he is not paying attention.
And he serves in a bad mood. All the other girls serve very well.

Terrible customer service, I attended this place with my family and the state of the fruit was bad (spoiled) and they did not want to refund our money or do anything else. The girls also gave terrible customer service. We will not serve them again. this place ?

Very bad place to get prepared things, we always came to this place until today when they tried to sell us two plates with rotten strawberries and they just made excuses not to make us something without the strawberries because of the poor condition that they are ROT!!! And even so, they didn't even give us our money back and the lady with glasses and red hair treated us very badly because we were clients for years. I will never come to this place again. If I could give it 0 stars, I would be disgusted again. Manego according to 19 strawberries. on that sinicos plate ?????

Stay closed for Christmas give your employees a break they work too hard for management to make them work holiday and not get paid what they deserve. Yeah I know and it's wrong doing that to them , taking advantage of willing people ...what a shame on management

Don't go to micheladacde alamo because they serve you when they tell you it won't be late and I waited more than 45 minutes for a michelada and. It took a long time, please tell people that the batteries are still in and the neck is still rusty instead of apologizing. My palettes were replaced and they still come rusty, I no longer want to buy them, thank you
