I had a fantastic experience with my tax professional at H&R Block. She exemplified exceptional patience and provided comprehensive explanations to address all of my inquiries. Her extensive knowledge in navigating the complexities of my tax return made the process both comprehensible and efficient. I highly recommend H&R Block to anyone in need of expert assistance with their taxes. While my overall experience was positive, I couldn't pinpoint a specific area for improvement. I found the service to be satisfactory and look forward to continuing to use it in the future.

This was a waste of money to use a “Tax Pro”. It’s going on 3 weeks in preparing my taxes which really shouldn’t be very difficult at all. Tax liability was always higher coming from the Tax Pro, so I questioned the reasoning. I then went to other platforms to double check their work, and noticed significant difference in the tax liability that I would owe. I then confirmed with a CPA to verify that the H&R Block “Tax Pro” was indeed wrong. Glad I decided not to file with their services; however, I wasted $159 and 3 weeks of my time. If you decide to go with them, maybe ask for someone that has been there longer. Otherwise check their work or don’t even bother using them.

My husband and I decided to go to a different H&R in a different city since the one I went to in Weslaco were bad. We went to this one in Alamo with an appointment for 6pm. We show up and there is no one in the front and several people waiting. When a lady finally came to the front we told her we had an appointment. She stated that the lady we had appointment with was not in yet and if we wanted to just leave our papers, we said no so we waited. Almost an hour later and asked her again. Can you check if she is on her way and she stated no but we can leave forms with her. Phones were ringing like crazy and no one else there working. Very unprofessional. My husband and I will not be going back to H&R again.
