Worst waiting time came in for a part at 2:00 didn’t end up receiving the part till 2:50!!!! very ridiculous over half and hour looking for a part makes no sense

How is this business even still operating, how can the owner live with himself know how they scam people. My father took his car to get his engine fixed, they failed to cover the engine from the bottom and left some bolts out. They promised to fix it only to ignore the issue and not fix it. My father paid over 2400 for a job they did not complete. The owner of this place and its staff is horrible. Taking advantage of people. I am filing a legal civil suit. I spoke to Cesar who kept giving me the runaround blaming it all on the owner. The owner is white man who has no consideration of others. We will see you in court. We are filing a Complaint to the small business bureau.

Beto is amazing. I've replaced my headlights twice to get them brighter payed pep boys hundreds of dollars for this! He found led bulbs that tripled my brightness and was a fraction of the price! Wanna know the cherry? He showed me how to change my lights myself! Took like 3 mins. Why tf was labor hundreds at pep boys to have no changes at all in the light quality and empty promises and to leave my car for two hours just horrible. I'll be going here from now one.

Awesome employees! Great help! Ishmael was very attentive to my cousin, who was helping me out finding what I needed, and with me, when picking up my parts. I'm the one who DROVE OVER a DEAD dog. It sure messed up my car :(THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!
