I had a great experience at the store inside the H‑E‑B in Alamo Tx and with my purchase. The sales associate Ramon Torres was extremely knowledgeable of every item I asked about. Which made me very comfortable with my purchase. As soon as they dropped it off I hooked it up and he was right it sounds great. Movie night every night at my house now? thanks Ramon??

Stay clear of this place. We have our account on auto pay and are NEVER late and we went on vacation and while we were gone they harassed us for payment because we got new bank cards the payment didn't go through. They even came by our house at least three times. Twice while we were gone and once the day we came home demanding payment. They are VERY unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless you want to be harassed, if you are one day late they will show up to your house multiple times! I came home today to three notes on my door from the time period 10am-4pm those are typically the hours people work! Then went to my Apartment complex office and asked for me again the same day!! I'm pretty positive the BBB wouldn't approve of this!
