Terrible customer service. The woman here is one of the meanest people! She should not be working the register if she hates her job so much. When I asked her name she wouldn’t tell me, it doesn’t surprise me because she knows I was going to write a review about her. She should be grateful that she has a job right now in this pandemic that is going on.

Ugggg! Who came up with the parking here? It's like someone bought a weird parcel of land, and decided to try and come up with the worst possible way to outlay a parking lot. I suspect the auto body shop down the street has something to do with the way they laid this lot out. It's along one side of Austin Highway, not on a hard, signalized corner, making it difficult to get in and out of. Since the lot is so weird, there's hardly any places that seem like you should be parking. At least this Valero feels safe. It's down the street from the Terrill Hills Police Department, and they're always there hanging out with AHPD. However, the beer is cold, and the drinks are icy, unlike the clerks who are warm and friendly.
