I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. I will be back to rework other heirloom jewelry into more wearable pieces.

This was my first time visiting The Jewelry Store. On my arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a broken gold chain that needed to be repaired. Oscar looked at it and in no time had my chain fixed using a laser welding machine. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend any one living in San Antonio needing jewelry to visit this store first.

Mr. Oscar Villarreal was so accommodating. I popped into the store to have a watch battery changed, and he took the time to do it right away, eventhough he was very busy. I appreciated the awesome customer service, because I do not live in the immediate area. He saved me another trip back to the store to pickup my watch. Thank you, Mr. Villarreal! And thank you to the sweet lady helping me at the counter.

The staff here is very friendly and it's evident they're not looking to just make a one-time quick buck out of people walking trough their door. They want to build relationships and be reliable for their customers. I was in for some minor service on my wedding band and was taken care of immediately and at no charge, even! Even for minor services, I feel like you rarely see this with today's money-first mindset. The Jewelry Store sets themselves apart.

Came in to the shop today to get a quote for a prong on my wedding ring that was damaged and the team at the Jewelry Store couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They were able to fix the prong and clean my ring all within 5-10 minutes of me being there. Oscar had my ring looking brand new! I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs.
