No different than any other storage. I've been with them a very long time and the only complaint is that my rent went up and others that I know did not get an increase and I always pay on time.

This is a great storage facility. Just don't visit on a HOT day. The trees are too far away to do any good. Be very careful of what u store in hot houses. Wax candles don't just die, they completely disappeared. I think they ran off with my socks.
