“I walked in knowing I needed a part for my car but I didn’t know the name of the part. A guy there immediately helped me. I showed him a picture of the part I needed. He looked up different parts to see what it could be. Holly stepped in to assist. They both asked questions and based on the picture they were able to figure out I needed a coolant pipe. She asked me if I wanted it to be plastic or metal. I don’t know much about cars and she immediately said metal doesn’t break like plastic does. I went with the metal part and they told me if it was the wrong part to come back and exchange it. I took my car to a mechanic who was easily able to install my new metal coolant pipe. I so appreciate the help I received at this store!!”
