They installed a radiator that is not meant for the car and they filled it with water instead of radiator fluid.

I recently picked up my Subaru WRX from Xtreme Collision Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. In fact, without them, I might not still have my car.
After a road trip mishap left my car with extensive damage to the roof, sunroof, rear glass, and rear end, I brought it to Xtreme, a Subaru Certified Collision Center. They were transparent from the start, especially when my insurance company tried to total the car without informing me. Xtreme advised me to advocate for myself and provided valuable guidance throughout the process.
If I learned anything from this experience, it's that YOU HAVE TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF. Xtreme will advocate for you too, but they can only do so much. I had to FIGHT my insurance company, and Xtreme was there to support me.
Their team worked with me and my insurance company. It took some time, but we finally reached an agreement to repair rather than total my car. Once given the green light, Xtreme spent about 4ish weeks ordering parts, repairing, and repainting the car.
The results are fantastic. The paint matches, the sunroof works, and there are no squeaks or rattles. Everything opens, closes, and seals right. I inspected the car thoroughly and couldn't find a single thing to complain about - they clearly did the same.
While Xtreme seems to be a busy shop, they make efforts to keep customers updated. If I ever needed information, I could always call for updates. Sometimes responses were quick, other times required patience. It's worth noting that customers may need to be proactive in the insurance process and self-advocacy.
For Subaru owners especially, I highly recommend Xtreme. If I ever need body work in Dallas again, they'll be my first call.

It was quick and easy! I called ahead of time to see how much it would cost to put the inner fender liner back on my car after i hit a curb they told me to bring it in first so they could see. I brought the car in and they fixed it no problem for basically nothing!! We will definitly recommend this place to everyone i know.

Had my hood repainted after it got scratched by items in the garage. The estimate was done most professionally by Sam. They removed the hood rather than painting in place. The result is perfect and the car was compled when promised.
On a second occasion, Xtreme replaced my front bumper which I dislodged on a curb. The result was perfect and Mark was a pleasure to work with.
