I went today for a few questions and to fix an issue with my account, Goldie reached out to me, she was super friendly and offered to help me fix my issue quickly while she waited for her appointment, it shows the dedication she has to help even when not required to. Made my experience in Wells Fargo welcoming! Thank you.

I really don't recommend to have a customer service with Mrs ZAIRA, went to the branch have someone to help me with my problem she didn't help me at all, all she did was gave me attitude and so arrogant way I couldn't solve the problem I had regarding my account, I had also call the branch and no one picked up the phone what type customer services is is this.

My dad made a cash paymentof 1000 dollars for his credit card. A week later he received his credit card bill and it shows that the payment didn't go through. Unfortunately he lost the receipt and now he has to pay late charges. I

I came into the Monfort Tollway branch to attempt to open a savings account. I was told to go online.I then told the Teller (who was training a new person) that I don't have space on my phone for the app and that I have glaucoma. I asked do you guys have brochures on information regarding savings account rates? I was told again to go online.My debit card was torn and I needed a new one. I was told a 3rd time to go online and "there should be an app you can use with assistive technology".I then asked her when did Wells Fargo become so anti customer service? And for her name. She proudly gave me her name as if to say---> I am not going to just treat you bad. I am going to do it with pride and violate your civil rights under the ADA act.I am taking my money elsewhere. 12-20-23

It’s no wonder this place has a 2 star review. it needs to be zero star. The manager here is racist and incompetent. my experience here was poor and I was treated with the outmost disrespect and even publicly embarrassed as I watched them treat every black person who walked in while I was there. Of course they were very polite the to Spanish speaking customers but rude to black customers. The bank manager is rude

This branch is as useful as a basic atm machine and that's about it. The people they hire to work here appear to be lacking in the customer service department, as well as seem to be a bit underqualified for the tasks other than the basics (deposit, withdraw etc.- when asked about more complex tasks such as interest rates for cds etc- they're unable to answer). I had an issue come up with scheduling an appointment and instead of helping me resolve it I was told to go to another branch.The employees will smile and ask you "how are you" but could care less about helping you when it comes to anything more complex than that. Disappointed.

I leave a star and only because the system does not allow me to put a Zero, the attention in this branch is the worst starting with the lady manager or employee who could not attend me because she was going to lunch and I asked her and if the other lady who was next to the office and she’s told me her waiting for a CUSTOMER and she can't, well I replied no problem I wait here, and he did not arrive and this lady was encouraged to attend me but nothing working because she’s told me I had to leave and you can come back later, this is Ridiculous, Inept people with a wrong attitude who don't know that Thanks to us, the clients have Work and food, I'm sorry Wells fargo but Educate your Employees that the clients are no less than them.

I had an account in this bank in 2014- to 2017 perhaps .i still have a negative credit report for an acct that i held for less than a year.I still do not know what i did to deserve being reported to credi5 bureaus

Very accommodating in allowing a withdrawal in the commercial line outside, since I had two young active kids in the car! And provided lollipops!
