If you get a package delivered here, be prepared to pay this store's owner $5. This is the first UPS store I've found that charges this pick-up fee.
If you get your package delivered to other pick-up points, like a friendly UPS store or an Amazon/Whole Foods locker; it's free.
Just two different ways of doing business -- one puts money first, the others put customer service first. You get to vote with your wallet.
***edit, response to owner:
I used the access point delivery option at J Crew — see photo. They offer that option at check out. They didn’t mention a $5 charge to pick up. The first package I picked up from your store, no charge. The second package a couple of days later the charge was $5. Why you keep digging in and not taking care of your customers is strange.
***edit 2: I’ve presented evidence to the owner, Dawn, that I used the UPS Access Point option for my J Crew deliveries. Dawn says below if I chose that option there is no charge. I did chose that option and got charged $5. I’ve provided evidence via email to Dawn and still no acknowledgment or admission of an error. Do business with this store at your own risk.

The entire staff is super helpful - however, I do want to give a shoutout to Brianna - She is always in there when I come by. She is patient, so gentle but so hardworking at the same time. She helps her teammates and leads by example :)

I've used this store for Amazon returns and even a notary service and recently an AT&T internet equipment return. The staff is always friendly, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Good service always brightens my day!
