I’m always worried that auto repair shops may try to take advantage but they didn’t, unlike like others I’ve had to deal with in the past. They told me exactly what I needed and how much. “Went in for an alignment on my E38 and one of the eccentric bolts snapped due to corrosion. Neil and his crew were very up front, came up with a solution and got my car back on the road without any drama. The alignment is perfect and it drives as it should again. The shop is also incredibly clean and organized - don’t see that a lot anymore. Highly recommend”

“I walked into Just 7 needing an oil change and an inspection. With 2 workers working hard on another vehicle, I was afraid I was in for a long wait. However, Joaquin greeted me at the counter and said he would get started immediately. He took the keys, checked my insurance, pulled my car in, and got to work right away. They offer conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic oil. They are a 2020 top-rater service center from Carfax, and I don't believe anything has changed from the service I received today in 2024. Joaquin even added some air to my tires on his own accord.”

“I had an oil leak in my truck and was recommended to go to this shop. I’m giving them 5 stars for their customer service. They initially called to let me know the oil leak was fixed, but when I drove away, it turned out it wasn’t. They called a second time, saying the leak was resolved, but after a 30-minute drive, I found it was still leaking. I brought it back a third time, and after a more thorough investigation, they discovered the leak was due to an issue unrelated to their previous work—but they fixed it anyway. Normally, having to return multiple times would lead to a negative review, but they were fully committed to finding and fixing the problem. They went above and beyond to address the issue. They did an excellent job, and based on my experience, I would trust their integrity.”
