“I LOVE this location! Staff is always super kind and friendly. The store is always very clean and organized. My favoriteeee feature is the full vintage section! I love vintage clothing and hate going to locations where you have to search to find the vintage items. Super convenient! I don’t live super close to this location but travel the extra miles to visit Uptown cheapskate Richardson :)”
“Dresses, record player, shoes, linens, and children's books are all things I've found and purchased here. They're super friendly with fair prices and if you're willing to dig around I can almost guarantee you'll go home with something you'll love!”

“Today was dollar day and it was a mad house. Lots of great deals & the staff (particularly the young lady handling the changing rooms) dealt with customers in such a patient way despite some nastiness from them. Kudos to the workers for dealing with the madness with good attitudes.”
“Great prices especially for tag discounts and senior Tuesday's. It does get very crowded and the checkout lines get long. I think the secret is out. Thrifting is an alternative for the increasingly higher prices at department stores and Amazon”

“What a great place!!! The book section is SUPERB and really organized! I can’t wait to go back! And I love that my money goes to our troops and the military. They were so welcoming when I came in too and explained the layout of the store. Absolutely love this place!!”

“This is such a wonderful thrift store with lots of great finds and staff that are so friendly and care a lot. They do what they can to help the local homeless and put out 99 cent items. I’ve seen them give out free shirts and socks and snack bags to local homeless individuals. They treat everyone with such dignity and truly the staff wants to help people. I highly recommend supporting them.”

“One of my favorite thrift shops in the area. It's a small shop with a lot of personality and very friendly staff. Newer items and toys with some modern electronics and up to date brands but mostly older items. Perfect for finding 50s-70s items that are more "vintage" than just plain old. Lots of the items have been donated here directly so I love seeing what other have brought in to give a second chance. Great selection of glassware, small furniture, artwork, small electronics and books. Double check the CDs and DVDs to ensure the disc is inside, but other than that is place is amazing. Don't forget to get your loyalty card punched!”
“Neatly organized and very clean. I even saw a worker mopping the floors. The only issue I had was that everything is priced very high so that when you see the 50% or 75% off signs that you feel like you're getting a great deal. There are some items affordably priced, but you have to search for them. Lots to look through, and I have to say the owner is very pleasant.”
“Kim and Alicia truly made my visit special when I went in. They helped me out of the kindness of their hearts when I briefly mentioned how I am currently laid off and looking for a job. They helped me finding the perfect outfit for my next job interview and it truly just shows the world is such a beautiful place with people who treat you like family. “I’ve heard of this place from several different people and FINALLY got a chance to experience it for myself and it was worth it! The staff is friendly, the selection is decent but most importantly The PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE!! Honestly it’s been a while since I’ve seen such amazing prices from a thrift store!! Plus not to mention all of the money made pays the employees then helps the community, this made me feel even better about shopping to know my dollars would make a difference! Would highly recommend! My only con is they don’t have fitting rooms, but they do have a section off to the side with mirrors.”
“This is my one stop shop! I love the clothes plus they don’t have that thrift shop smell and they are in really good condition plus you can’t beat the prices. I bought a pair of Levi jeans for 11 dollars and if you become part of their rewards program, wow. You get great deals! They also sell high end quality clothing at reduced I mean reduced prices.”

I hope this review gets to them and they are encouraged to keep doing the small things to brighten the days of those who come to their store.”
“I love this place, my favorite spot for thrifting… however, within this past year prices have gotten a little crazy ? Will still shop here as it’s clean & employees are always great. If you really search can find good pieces, but do think it’s a little wild at times. Never thought I’d see an $80 shirt at thrift city lol.”
“Found this thrift store by accident and IM GLAD I DID!!! The selection is great, lots of cute and trendy clothing items and shoes and the prices are decent! I also loved the fact that they had fitting rooms which not all thrift store do.
Cons:
The music was REALLY loud, to the point where it kind of distracted me from focusing on finding what I was looking for. Also the customer service wasn’t the best, some of the girls didn’t speak English which made me feel a lil un easy not being able to fully communicate and ask questions with the cashier that I was checking out with but luckily there was a cashier who understood English close by so she answered all of my questions. Overall great experience so I’ll definitely be back.”

“I try to visit this thrift store every 6 months. They never disappoint, with a wide range of sizes and a wide range of other household goods. I was very pleased that the prices have not increased like other thrift stores or charity stores I shop. Great job at rotating stock and keeping a great selection of current clothing choices. Who doesn't like paying $1.49 for a great find. This store is easy to find with a big parking lot shared with other stores. It is very easy to find.”
“Quick and easy! The trailer does fill up at random intervals, so sometimes they have to close until they get a new trailer. Usually the guy that works there can give an estimate of when that is. Very helpful!”
“Most of the clothing here is priced really cheap! I was able to get 7 clean, nice quality tops here for less than $15 total after all of the color discounts.
They had a good selection of household items and a TON of cheap books, and the girl running the checkout was really nice and friendly! Will definitely come back. :)”

“It's way overpriced. The clothes do not seem to be laundered. If a tag comes off then they will not let you purchase the item. They assume you ripped off the tag and don't know what it costs. I found a Michael kors bag and they wanted $50 for it. It was filthy. They don't realize that you can buy a brand new one for Michael Kors at Ross for that. The furniture is nice though. If I had a house I would buy furniture there”

Staff is friendly (if you aren’t in their way while they restock) and there’s a discount if you bring in a reusable bag which is super nice.”
