Late 20s early 30s checkout lady with a nasaly voice asked me to take my basket with me after checking out. The lady behind her stacked them at her register because that's not a customers job, it's the employees. It left a very sour taste in my mouth because it felt personal.

I love our Addison Target. They greet you coming in, help you find things, have a great product selection in a clean fresh store. They have human as well as self chrckouts. I like the company attitude if you have a return or issue too. Well done, Target!

Rebbeca, the associate in the men’s apparel department is WONDERFUL.
She takes everyone’s questions and turns it into an opportunity to cross sell product. I saw her speak to several guests about their day, and suggest the “fastest” selling styles. She even had a gentleman pick a different waist size in order for him to try it on and see how it looked. She said she has worked for the Target company for 21 years, this lady is stellar, and her dedication shows.

Just a heads up, because SO much stuff is not available or out of stock, people only come to target because we can buy something we need immediately. Any time we have to order something we're all going to Amazon. It's cheaper and faster. Stay stocked up.

They couldn’t even price match their own online store. I then purchase the item online while in store and ask customer service if I can pick the item myself. Was told that I cannot and have to wait 2 hours for them to pick it. It’s one item. One item should not take 2 hours to pick specially after I just saw two on the shelf. Completely absurd and ridiculous. So much for great customer service.

So I bought a camera, stand and memory card the other day. I had no clue about anything but looked up some info before I came. Well Jose in the electronic department went above and beyond with explaining information about the camera, their best recommendation, information about SD cards, and was just very kind and personable. Really was super helpful and kind, I noticed they were also doing a lot of work in electronics! Target is so lucky to have them!

I asked for help from Ariel what’s worst is that she’s a lead. she was so rude and mean she huffed and puffed while I was asking for help. Her attitude is horrible she doesn’t deserve to been in a leadership position with that kind of attitude. Worst experience ever

Christina went above and beyond to help me today! I was having trouble finding the alani energy drinks, and when she found it, she literally ran to the front of the store to catch me and bring me to what I was searching for. It was super sweet!
