While I appreciate how quickly they were able to serve me and how kind the staff was, I overall had a poor experience. I requested a straight across trim of 3 inches with some facial framing. However, my hair turned out incredibly uneven. I politely requested the hairdresser to fix it, and she kindly attempted to. Although she was able to improve it, my haircut still remained very uneven. The pieces in the front on one side were much shorter than the other. Plus the 3 inch trim turned into 4.5, so my hair turned out much much shorter than I had wanted. This is disappointing, as I have engagement photos soon… I went to another salon and had them fix it. See before (Super Cuts) and after (Great Clips) photos. So I paid for two haircuts and the end result was much shorter hair than I had wanted. Not to mention, Super Cuts charged my card $75 for a $35 haircut several months ago. They said they would refund the difference, but I still have not received that money back.

Very rude,
Stylist refused to cut my hair but took the gentlemen that came after me even tho I explained to her the machine did not allow me to book my time. It was my first time here I arrived at 6:25 they close at 7, she was with another client while I was signing in and creating my profile, I did not want to interrupt her to tell her the machine is not allowing me to book. I personally feel she wished not to cut my hair since it was getting close to 7...
I did not catch her name but she was working these hours on this day 8.14.2024.

The person cutting my hair said she was a cosmetologist and not a barber. She didn’t know how to cut a simple fade. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
