I was just there ,it's Saturday Feb 24 th 2:45 pm ,wanted a few copies on a bit heavier paper young man had nothing but attitude, I was so discussed with service I went to FedEx,I was treated there like a customer should.i hope someone hears my discuss n gives appropriate repercussions.

I had a great experience at this Addison Staples tonight. The store manager stopped what she was doing to help me find the exact pen replacement I needed. GREAT customer service.

Not one, but BOTH Grumpy Old Men work here. I came in to return an item from another store, similar to Amazon returns at Kohls. The return counter is always in a random place in Kohl’s so I thought maybe it’s that way in Staples, so I walked up to the guy at the check out counter to ask and instead of hi or how can I help you, I got an abrupt MA’AM, all the way at the END, the BIG, BIG letters that say SHIP IT? THAT’S where you need to be. Ummm ok, so I walk over there and patiently wait for the guy in the print center to notice my presence and finally got assistance. No wonder there are all of 5 cars in the parking lot…

Wanted to process a return for an unopened package. The cashier seemed delighted to take care of me but another associate, I'm assuming a manager of some sort decided to pull my receipt from me, not greet me or even look up at me. Decides to tell me that it's been over 2 months and they may not be able to give a full refund even though my purchase date was exactly 33 days ago. I looked on the back of the recicept and it stated that office supplies can be returned at "ANYTIME." She tells me it's 14 days and so even if it doesn't work that there was nothing she could do. I was able to get my refund in the end.You all need to train your people better when it comes to store policy and overall customer service.

The so-called manager there that looks like the rapper/singer T-Pain is a total JERK. He was SO RUDE TO ME. I love Staples and much prefer to shop there over Office Depot but not after this. I came in one evening after the new year to purchase a planner which was advertised as 50% off. I went to the cashier and the planner rang up full price. Despite multiple signs and advertisements around the store reflecting that not just some of the planners, but ALL of the planners in store were 50% off w/ no restrictions on brand. There was even a display by the cash wrap that showed all planners 50% off. The cashier agreed but could not override the system, so he called a manager (which I totally understood). The manager that looked like T-pain showed up with an attitude. Being that I am a Customer Experience Mgr myself, I tried to lighten the mood and said "you know I really appreciate you doing this" - to which he IGNORED. I said thank you again to him - and not even a no problem, glad I could help, or just have a good night as a response. NOTHING. He didn't even look me in the eye at any point during the transaction. His baby mama was also there that evening with their kid and they were both on the floor by the copy/print station in FULL EARSHOT discussing his vacation time. Some guys came out of the back room needing to do something at the cash wrap, not sure what - but one of the guys was an older, giant, white male - who for whatever reason mean mugged me. So I mugged him back. TF.I know that every brick and mortar employer is scavenging up workers post Pandemic and as Kim K once said nobody wants to work these days- but sheesh, these workers are first class JERKS. Don't shop at this Staples if the T-pain look a like still works there. This may sound like a joke, but this is a very true account of events. He knows it happened, just as well as I do!

This location has the most amazing team of people working there and obviously incredible leadership. My store is located in Addison so I frequent this specific location pretty often for one random thing or another. Every single time I’m there, everyone seems to happily go out of their way to help me with my task, whether it’s finding something on the floor or with a copy/print project. Tanya is ALWAYS there smiling and solving my mini fires for the day. Seriously, she has been a lifesaver a number of times! Catherine runs that store with perfection. She’s always there along side her team ensuring that all options are exhausted when it comes to finding a feasible solution. And of course Exavier in the copy dept— he’s an absolute gem! My projects are finished quickly and he keeps me informed every step of the way. There’s another young lady in that dept as well that is truly a joy to work with but I can’t recall her name.Anyway, I’m just happy to highlight some amazing people that deserve recognition because sometimes we forget to shout when things are great. Thank you to this wonderful and amazing team at the Addison location. Y’all truly are the reason I choose to shop there.

Needed some offi e supplies and stopped by because the store look almost empty, and now I see why. When I went to check out, Vita was not accommodating nor helpful. No one tried to help me find what I was looking for, and I just felt unwelcome. I won't be coming here again, and if you're smart, you won't ether.

Copy center was 10/10. From the moment I walked in they were super friendly and complimented everything about me haha!
