This store has gone down hill as the years go by ! The lady in the copy center purple shirt indian ethnicity is disgustingly rude. Seems like she doesn’t want to work. It bothers them we you actually need their printing service and willing to pay extra! Taking my business elsewhere.

I always come to get my party prints and poster prints with Shay! I older guy that works in the printing area never looked up to acknowledge me was a bit disturbing, and I literally had to get his attention, he had been wiry with this one lady for a hour he goes to tell me and if I wanted them printed today it would be 30% more! So a young lady walked up and he asked her to help, she told me she was on her break and I can use the printing machine! Good help is hard to find I been coming there for a while I hate Shay is know longer with y’all she has great customer service, multitask! Customer service goes along way, last but not least a young man at the front cashier apologize for them and mention the young lady was training, going forward could you go over customer service with her if not y’all will lose other customers! I will never be back

Extremely!! RUDE!!! The older man that works in print and the young Indian woman are very rude! Yall definitely need better people in customer service this is not it! I took my stuff and left so they also cost yall sales as well!

Easy access to store, available merchandise for school, home and office needs. The service is friendly and helpful whenever I visit. I prefer Staples to Big Box Stores where helpful customer service is rare.

My experience with the Staples on Beltline in Addison was great. When I walked in. I let them know what I was coming in to pick up. They were wonderful. They told me what aisle it is on. As soon as
I got the cashier they cashed me out. In and out quickly. I don't know what else I would hope for.

The man with the short gray hair walking with a limp was surprisingly rude! I was speaking nicely and didn't know how to use one of the printers when he got me sorted out he walked away releasing an annoyed "Jesus" under his breath. I almost broke down right there, it doesn't seem like a lot but trying to be kind and instead being treated in such a manner, this older gentleman needs to learn some manners!

The Addison store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful when asking questions. Prices are reasonable on most items, and when they run specials, the pricing is exceptional. THe check out process is efficient, and you earn rewards on items that you purchase.

Shay at the Copy & Print Center is amazing! She was extremely helpful and had such great customer service. This is my first time to Staples as my go to is always Office Depot but I’ll come here from now on! Thanks again Shay!
