Still being charged for office space more than a year after canceling.I don't have an online account. I've requested a verification code be sent to my email multiple times but never get anything.

The billing dept is running a scam. I purchased the month to month service online and now the billing dept told me I signed up for the 18 month lease. They straight lied to me because there is not even a 18 month lease option online. . thank goodness i had screenshots of when I set up the account. This not only happended on this location but several others. Screenshot everything you do and get everything in writing including time stamped. After you make your purchase online print screen the order page and request a copy of your agreement immediately. Or else you will be stuck on a long term lease.

You have to be careful with this company: At the end of your lease, make sure to request your retainer on your online Regus account. The company will NOT automatically send it to you - it's in their terms and conditions. They will NOT remind you to request it. They will just keep your money and automatically deduct $50 per month as maintenance fee ("because we are not your bank" as I was told by a company rep). Let's put a stop to this questionable practice and spread the word!

We took a shared office space from this location. Customer service was good. We lost a monitor from the shared office space. When I contacted the front office/customer service person, she was telling she visited our office space a few weeks before I reported. She did not find the monitor for a long time. I give 1 star just because it is not a safe place to rent shared office space.

I am a CPA who uses this office as my primary business address to meet prospective clients. The front desk is truly top-notch. They greet my clients, take care of me when I screw up the reservation.

I am a CPA who works from home and use Regus Quorum as my official business address. I conduct all my initial meetings with new and prospective client at my Quorum office. Front office is extremely helpful when I mess up the online office reservation system. Very polite and inviting as your front office of first impressions. I highly recommend Regus Quorum as your face of your business office and mail address. They even e-mail me when I have a package to pick up.
