Shows open in the web site... though we've been here 15 min and no one is here goy here 7:10 it is now 7:40 and no one has come in... Last time we visited it was 4:23 and doors we already closed...

Location inside Tom thumb in Addison. Second visit to this location so was familiar. Very clean. Jad appointment. Check in easy. Wait time 5 mins. Broquel (sp?) was very patient for a usually difficult case like me. She took her time to find a vein. One stick she promised - and she did it! Boy was I grateful! Highly recommend ?

The Iab technician (I think it was Tanya) was very fast and efficient. When I checked in as a walk in it gave me 20 min wait but there was no one else there so she just called me in right away. She knew what she was doing and she was nice. I'm very impressed.

I always choose this location.. its always a pleasant visit! The girls are sooo nice and friendly. Have a gentle hand too! and there's always room for an appointment!

Went in for lab work today and was greeted with a warm friendly smile. That goes a long way with me as I have a phobia of giving blood.
I’m sure I’m going to misspell her name but here it goes, Broquel, or Brokel was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Thank you for being kind and compassionate,

The technician was very pleasant and professional. The best tech I have ever experienced at Quest--hands down. Quest needs to clone her. She builds your business and increases the efficiency of the operation--creating profit fot Quest. She is the best!

Made an appointment on a Saturday using online scheduling. It's very difficult for me to do business hours medical appointments. Showed up and they are closed. Received multiple emails and notifications of my upcoming appointment

If I could give zero stars i would. I had an appointment made for my son who had to be fasting and needed bloodwork done 3 days before his doctors appointment. Had several confirmation emails and appointment reminders. Quest even sent me a message to check in when I walked in the building. We drove 40 minutes to get there and realized the doors were locked with a sign on the door saying they were closed. Apparently they started new hours this week and failed to tell their clients. Horrible business practice!!! Now I have to reschedule my son’s dr appointment. Thanks Quest!!
