Cheap parts but this particular location does not speak when entering. It would be nice to be spoken to and then someone says will be right with you. I live in Addison and have visited this store frequently, nobody engages with the customer so you’re literally just waiting for someone to say hello, how can I help you, do you need something etc.

I believe the mangers name was emar. I remember him as a stocky Hispanic guy. But anyways he was very helpful with getting me situated with my battery. Also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really want to show my appreciation for how helpful he was.

This store is absolutely awesome! And I don't mean that like 5 stars, it was more like 10 Stars. I was on the phone with an associate by the name of Mr. Kramer. I told him I was looking for a fuel filler neck for Hyundai Elantra 2008. Guess what! He looked it up, said he could order the part and have it in store at 2:30 today. Wow! The price was not bad! It was just $125.56, can you believe it, really!Now this was superior service to the likes of which we don't even get at a fast food restaurant. This was lightning fast service and for that I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts from now on. My car is old and I thought they couldn't have something this old in stock. But it was in stock somewhere and the fact that it would be there today. Just blows me into a frenzy of "I can get somethings done today"!I love this location now! I am finally going to fix the part of my car that has been costing me a fortune in gas prices. I fill the tank and I can see the darn dial going down. Let's hope this is the only problem that needs fixing. I am not a millionaire! We all aren't millionaires because of those who have made the prices of everything go up.Thank You O'Reilly for making me feel like a Millionaire!

I drove farther to this location because the one closest to me had horrible reviews. I'm so glad I did! Mike was incredibly helpful changing a brake light that was out. Very friendly and efficient!

It's nice when the employees are actually working and helping. Sad part is they had more registers open than supermarkets lol. Makes the experience easier and quicker. We were in and out and helped with a smile.

I had a finder binder which left the left side of my bumper and tail light hanging off. I had a 40 minute drive home and I didn’t want my tail light or bumper hanging potentially causing more damage. KEVIN was so helpful in zip tying my bumper so it wouldn’t hang close to my tire, and he also went the extra mile and taped my tail light to stay in place. I GREATLY appreciate his service!!! He deserves all the recognition and incentives this company can offer.

I have always been a fan of OReilly's over any other auto parts store. However, I have to say I will continue to go to this specific location because of a man named Kramer. Such a nice guy, and has helped me out every time I have gone in there and figured out everything I have needed help with! I hope the powers to be see this post!

definitely won’t ever be going back here if I could give this place zero stars I would as soon as I walked in dude already looked me up and down. I go in to return a headlight -bulb that I have not even used. Literally just got it prior before the visit it was the wrong one. and I was trying to return it. He tells me, I’m not in the system and this receipt is not popping up. Why does the receipt have to pop up if the receipt is in your face and then he didn’t want to put my number in the system?? I didn’t get his name, but I sure will go back up there if I need to straight up A$$ hole keep god in your life tho .got the bulb on Josey lane went to return it at the store in Addison because i wasn’t in that area anymore.

WOW, just WOW - I wish I could give this place TEN stars!!I have a model of car that's discontinued, and I lost my oil filler cap. An older gentleman (Al, I think) said they didn't have the cap I needed, but could give me one that'll do the job temporarily. He even cleaned up the hood a little bit, too! Sadly, when I got back to work and took it off to put more oil in, I lost my grip and lost THAT cap, too!I came back here, and a blonde gentleman (I assume the manager) went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me find a solution. I had unfortunately bought the last cap that was somewhat compatible this morning, but they had ANOTHER temporary trick up their sleeve. The blonde gentleman took care of it for me, and all I had to do was pay for the part!I feel bad for taking so much time out of these 2 men's days to help me with my problem, but they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all. I haven't the slightest idea what I would've done without them. Thanks SO MUCH you two - I will be recommending O'Reilly's to everyone!
