Mr. Maiale was great- made it easy and look simple. But once it moved out of his hand to the others- it was a slow process with me needing to ask for updates. Also, Not knowing when exactly or approximately it will close- didn't make it feel good. Overall a good deal a 4 to 4.5 star job but not the best compared to the previous mortgage as well as a refinance experience I have had in the past.

We found NAF through nerd wallet since they were one of the lowest % lenders. We got estimates from them, Chase, and UFCU. All the loan APRs were close, but NAFs was just slightly better. Additionally, being assigned a single loan officer who walked us through the entire process made it much easier than it would have been without one. Despite some frustrations during processing, we're overall very happy with how we were treated.

Spoke to a loan officer, Communication is key, was very poor on that issue. Spoke to a previous loan officer from another company, was given an answer with in days. Going on a month and no answer still. Don't like to give bad reviews but i give this place a Zero. Buying a house should be take very serious and we haven't heard anything, and we've been getting the run around.
