Everything about this place was fantastic! The rooms, breakfast buffet, courtyard and staff. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is most of the exercise equipment in the gym was at least partially broken. My husband picked this place partially for the work out option while we traveled so that was disappointing. If they fix or replace their equipment I would give them 5 stars!
Rooms: Very comfortable and spacious.
Safety: Quiet neighborhood, very family friendly.

We stayed here four nights visiting family. The staff was amazing and constantly went out of their way to be accommodating. One amazing front desk agent (I'm bummed I didn't get her name) even caught my preschooler trying to run out of the building. She could be a teacher she is so good with children. Our rooms were clean and the accommodations were awesome, plugs and usb chargers built directly into the lamp so no crawling around looking for a charging location. We will stay here again.

As a loyal Hyatt member, I'm giving this review 5 stars solely due to the exceptional service. Candice greeted us immediately with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and both the property and rooms were clean.
But this property feels extremely outdated, though it's clear the staff have gone above and beyond to maintain its appearance. For example, not a single USB port in the room, not even the alarm clock, which speaks to the need for updates. However, that's not on the employees—it's a reflection on Hyatt's responsibility to invest in the property.
The manager Sherry was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We interacted with four different employees, plus the manager, and every one of them were attentive and genuinely concerned about addressing my issues. I can confidently say this team was outstanding. I was informed they will be undergoing a much-needed renovation soon.

I usually do not leave reviews but I feel that I must on this one. I can NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Lets start out with the basic issues. We were coming from out of time to work at a clients site. I attempted to checkin early 40 minutes early but was told that this was not possible. I explained that my team and I would not be back until 8-9pm tonight but they would not budge.
Later that night, we checked in around 8:15pm with a little surprise. The first issue arose when they asked how many vehicles that we had and informed us that we have to pay and additional $12 per car, per night to park in their parking lot. This was a little frustrating as I did not see this listed on their website while booking. Upon getting to our room, none of our keys would work so we had to drive back to the front of the building where the check in office resided and have them reprogram our keys. This time, the keys worked. Very frustrating after a long days drive and then work.
Once in the room, there was a very strong mildew smell. We decided to suck it up as none of us wanted to go back to the front to ask for another room. We unloaded all of our equipment and clothing in to our sleeping areas and got ready to wind down for the night. Guess when our room didn't have for us to use? Towels and wash clothes. We tried to call the front desk a few times from the phone in the living area but they stated that they could not hear us. We moved to the first bedroom and this phone didn't even work. Luckily, the phone in the master bedroom did work and got us through the receptionist. She informed us that they could not deliver towels to the room and one of us would need to come back to the front to pick them up. So we did. When the towels arrived, we began the show ritual to only find out that there was no soap. LOL.. at this point, we were not going back to the front no matter what. The best part of the room was that the AC worked.
6:30AM came around and we all met at the front to try their breakfast. We stood at the door for about 10 minutes before we realized that we had to manually open the auto sliding door. We started with the Waffle maker, which powered on but would not turn over as it was broken. The batter took about 5 minutes to come out of the machine as the batter appears to be thawing out. Moving on, the meat that was provided was sandwich ham, sliced thin which seemed very out of place. The eggs seemed to be fake and baked but tasted editable. They only had one bagel which the guy in front of us grabbed and the toast was still frozen. This caused an issue when putting it in the rolling toasted that was provided as the crusts burned but the center would stay cool and uncooked. Running the bread through for a second time would result in a nice black burn piece of toast.
One of my guys ate the provided cereal that looked like Fruit loops but said that they were more "Loops" then "Fruit" as they tasted plain and stale. I do not even want to comment on the coffee.
While turning in our keys, I did attempt to make the gentleman aware of these issues but he was focused more on his laptop then the customer.
Overall, I will never be staying in this hotel again nor can I recommend it to anyone due to the issues listed above. I hate to leave a negative public review but I feel that Management should be made aware and this is the only way to get the message to them.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at Hyatt place Dallas. Despite having made a reservation, the receptionist failed to acknowledge it and was exceptionally rude throughout the entire encounter.
Furthermore, despite our request for available rooms, she kept us waiting for an hour and a half, even going so far as to involve support in a lengthy phone call before suggesting we book directly through the Hyatt website. It is important to note that this occurred at 4 in the morning, and we were kept waiting until well past 5.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. As a reputable establishment, I expected better treatment and service. If Hyatt accepts bookings from third-party sources, it should be their responsibility to handle any conflicts that arise, rather than insisting guests cancel their reservations and book directly through the Hyatt website.
Frankly, the experience was so poor that I would argue motels provide better service. I sincerely hope you take swift and appropriate action to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Upon arrival no greeting and a reminder that I am 15 min early from check-in time. It seems they didn't wanted to check me in 15 mins early. When I mentioned I am a member and I also have an email to allow early check in and I can do it online and come back - the tone changed and I was allowed to check-in.
There is a $12 daily parking fee.
Breakfast options are non-existent.
Have already booked other hotel for my next stay and won't return to this one.
Staff - 3 out of 5, some good some not so good.
Location - 4 out of 5.

The rooms are large and comfortable.
This hotel seems to have a mix of good and bad points.
First of all, the good points: I stayed on the second floor.
I didn't encounter any grasshoppers or cockroaches.
The room is large and comfortable, with two TVs.
The kitchen is also spacious, with 4 stoves and a very large refrigerator, with plenty of space for cooking. A microwave oven, plates, cups, and pots are also available, so you can stay for a long time. The price is also reasonable for the Hyatt series.
Next is the problem.
Housekeeping seems to be quite adequate. Towels are not replenished even when you come to get them. There is no replenishment of body soap either. The tissue box is always empty. There is no prior notice as to when housekeeping will or will not come. It seems that cleaning is done approximately once a week, but I am dissatisfied with the replenishment of various equipment during that time.
Housekeeping appears to have quite a few workers and not enough support for all the rooms. If this is done properly, the rating will go up considerably.
Next, I would like to see a little more consideration, such as the small number of menu items in the cafeteria, the slow replenishment of ketchup and napkins after they run out, and the fact that the table remains dirty after a meal, making it difficult for the next person to sit down. That's right.
Also, please understand that you will be charged $7 for parking every day, and that you will need $4.50 for the washer and dryer.
It's also disappointing that the hotel doesn't respond to reviews like this.

AWFUL! When we first checked in , there was lipstick smeared and a dead mosquito on the sheets. When we asked if housekeeping could change the sheets we were asked if we could vacate the room because the housekeeper did not feel comfortable changing the sheets while we (all women) were in the room. We left to get food and when we came back the air wasn’t working and were told maintenance couldn’t come until the next morning as if its not over 90° outside. There was also dried up pee behind the seat of the toilet. Also, 1 of the 3 tvs in the first room didnt even work. Because of the air conditioning issue we had to move to a different room. The second room was okay all the way up until I opened the pullout bed in the living room and discovered some kind of dried yellow stains on the sheet and another stain on the couch pillow. The tv remotes can only turn the tv on, change volume, and move the channel up and down; you cannot see the tv guide at all so you can’t see the title of what you’re watching at all or what is coming on next. The only positive about this hotel is the location. I do not recommend and will not be staying again.
Rooms: The tvs will more than likely not work!
