They let us wander the store and remained available to answer questions without pushing. We went in for a bedroom set and ended up leaving with bedroom and living room set. They are also very affordable and much of their furniture is locally made. We left here very, very happy.”

Recently was hired at his first engineering job post college in Coppell, texas. His new boss wanted him there immediately because of how much work they have. To say my son was excited would be an understatement. However, we live two hundred miles away and he had no apartment and just as importantly, no furniture. My son was able to quickly find an apartment close to his new job. After the drive up there, we had exactly 2 days to aquire all of the furniture he wouldn't need and no time to shop around for it. This led me to the most wonderful furniture company I have ever dealt with and a heaven sent representative named Brian. I spoke with Brian over the phone and described to him, the size of my son's apartment and what we thought he would need as kind of a starter kit of furniture. Brian then went through the store picking out furniture that he thought would be appropriate for my request. He gave a lot of his time and effort and then had the furniture shipped to the apartment next day. The furniture items he picked out were perfect and for a great price ! We could not have been more happy with the purchase and with CORT FURNITURE OUTLET in Dallas. Thank you so much to Brian and I would recommend anyone and everybody to buy their furniture at CORT furniture outlet. ??”

“Working with Lorne Mayes was delightful. She was efficient, polite and professional. We ordered a replacement cover for our Quatrine sofa which was originally purchased in 1999. The sofa has a place of prime importance in our TV room. Imagine a sofa covering lasting 24 years! We were able to find a covering that closely matched the original fabric. I got a rug, and 4 custom furniture pieces and I could not be happier with how it all turned out. Better than all of that, the staff are very helpful and you will not find better customer service! “We met our Designer, Anna, when we entered the Bassett store in Frisco, TX. She was friendly and personable without being pushy. After giving us time to look around, she answered our questions and guided us through the ordering process. We live several hours from this store and our items had to be shipped from different locations. Anna kept us updated during the process. One of the lamp shades was damaged when we received it and as soon as I notified her, she initiated the process of having another one sent to us (which we received within a week). We also ordered an extendable dining table that we are so pleased with. Anna has been helpful and knowledgeable!”
