If I could give this location zero or negative stars, I would. I arrived just 30 minutes late for my reservation, and the representative told me all the cars were gone. How is this even justified for being half an hour late? To make things worse, this facility closes for lunch breaks, and I was made to wait until 3 PM, only to be told there were no cars available in the first place! It seems like they were bluffing the whole time. How were they planning to give me a car if I had been on time? Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.

I booked a reservation with Hertz at this location to pick up a car today. Just two minutes before my scheduled pick-up time, I received a call from a representative informing me that no cars were available. To make matters worse, I was told that I needed to call a separate line to cancel my reservation, which I found completely unacceptable. This level of customer service is horrendous and shows a lack of respect for their customers' time and plans. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointing experience

They call me 30 minutes before my trip telling me they don't have a car for me and were going to make me pay for an upgrade, what a joke. Poor management.

Have been with Hertz a lot for leisure at the airports, but first time being at a local Hertz due to car accident unfortunately.
Bith Riak, the associate, at Addison location was the most professional Hertz employee with decent attitude I’ve been with hence not sure why there are numerous negative reviews. He would be willing to help the customers regardless of the type of issues.

When you make reservations & when you arrive they make you wait 30 mins to wait on vehicle. I do not recommend especially when you are ready to go and you just off a flight and they pull different stunts. They only have two people working with 6 computers and a long line.

if I could put zero stars I would. I booked a van few weeks prior the day of pickup. 20 minutes before picking up, I received a phone call from the agency staff telling me there is no van available. I asked for an alternative and the asnwer was - no alternative at this price. and the person hang up...
so if you want to be hang dry with your rental , this is the hertz agency to go.

I had a great experience at this Addison location. I live in Plano but came here because the rep at the Plano East location was forcing me to buy Insurance that I didn't need. I came here and had no problems. I interacted with a guy called Riac. He is tall black guy, very professional and straightforward. Riac did not force me to buy insurance. I had no issues renting the vehicle and no issues returning the vehicle.

Rented here for over 5 years and the recent experiences has been professional talking, unprofessional service. How does things get worse? How do I rent a car and need to keep coming back to Hertz to fix their car problems?

This location is a scam. Shows cars available on their website but they have none on the lot. Luckily I rented through Expedia and they were able to get me a full refund. That is after I wasted two hours waiting here for them to get me a car that never came.
