I am sorry to say that customer service is bad for what happened today to one of this lady tried to be rude. Good good tell me is that ok for staff to ask you to come with your immigration paper to buy alcohol while the customer have already shown you texas ID? Then you start arguing with the customer and then your told them you did not expected them to come back to your store and tell them not to come back to your store. Everything she said was not making sense This lady was so unprofessional What kind of customer service is that? This happened today May 9 at 6 pm

Always a great selection and very helpful staff. Been using them since 1980's. All kinds of beer, liquor and wines, including German - Piesporter Goldtropfen is one of our favorites, as is Cinzano Asti Spumanti.
