No greeting, no understanding of what we are trying to do as customers. Computer logs you off when you are in the middle of work and you cannot add time, horrible product and robbery.

I'm an architect and use FedEx print a lot. Always received great service.The Addison location had to copy a set of blueprints and reduce them 50 percent and they got on it immediately and did a great job. I recommend them.

Is patetic that you have to pay certain amount to do copies or send a fax and then you have to wait more than 3 days to receive the difference of your money back so stupid. WHY WE CAN’T PAY JUST THE EXACT AMOUNT at the end of a transaction

I usually go out of my way to go to the real FedEx location by the Addison airport. But that one is closed on Sunday. The Belt Line one is open, but get there early. They'll literally lock the door in your face if they see you trying to come in a couple minutes before closing. When you're in there it feels like you're witnessing a competition to see who can be the worst to the customers. Nobody is interested in helping you with anything. They enjoy disappearing with no explanation and leaving customers confused not knowing what they're even waiting for.
