Walked in and the place was deserted. Had to wait about 5 mins before someone finally came out of the back room to assist. Then they had no idea how to print out a receipt. Not the best.

Horrible customer service. FedEx guaranteed me I could come pick up a package here since I wouldn’t be able to get it delivered in time and when I arrived the lady at front told me they couldn’t do anything about it bc it was still crated. All the workers were in the back just laughing and having a good time and not wanting to work. She asked me what was in the package to see if it was important enough for them to grab it. It wasn’t important to her so they didn’t even try looking for it.

Paid for my package to be delivered in two days, it's been over a week since the expected delivery date and I still don't have my package. I tried to call FedEx customer service, but they couldn't tell me where my package is at and told me to call back after 2pm. Outrageously frustrating they won't let you add delivery instructions or ask to hold at location online or over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous they won't deliver to my complex either, even with the gate code.

Waited for 10 mins to be served. No one was there at the counter. I just have to drop a parcel so nothing much to put at this time.

This place is a godsend. Got an overnight out at 630p for the next day, 8a. Gentleman was courteous and smiling the entire interaction. If you're running late, they can get your package out up to 830p. Highly recommend.

Some drivers are dishonest and not truly attempting delivery. I sat and looked out my window and watched the truck drive through the complex and then received an update that stated: "We attempted to deliver." There are some people that do not have vehicles to pickup shipments, that are disabled, that truly need the delivery to be delivered. Think about that the next time avoiding doing a job you were hired to do.
The location has kind customer service reps some things are out of their hands.

Truck driver parked outside my house and didn’t even step off the truck and drove away with a very important shipment. Then had the audacity to change the delivery status to “Tried to Deliver”, saying “Customer was not available”. Thankfully, I caught it all on my Ring cameras. Had to manually pick up my package from the shipping center because of his laziness.

The AI system would not let me talk to a person. I hate this customer service it is terrible. Won’t use them again. UPS does a much better job
