I haven’t had any work done on my car @this eagle's transmission on midway.but reading reviews I don’t think I will and far as a manager bye name of Carrie reaching out to me 08/27/2024 to talk about what was needed for my car and as I was trying to explain to Ms Carrie she starting talking all over my voice being rude how you going to be rude and try win my service?.your customer services is 0 I just hang up the phone. how you going to be rude to customers and you trying to get customers to spend they money and on top of that my quoted price was 3,521 I will be going to another eagle’s transmission to spend that amount of money who will appreciate my customer service thank you

Staff had very nasty attitude. I personally think they sabotage your car to bring it back. They will make you curse them out so they will not honor your warranty so be careful. Please read other reviews they can’t all be lying.. Go there at your own risk!!!!!!

This is one of the worst places to bring your car. Please read the reviews before bringing your car. Staff is every rude and almost racist. They will fix tell you want you need and then when you fix it tell you that you need something else. Eagle transmission is a great company just not this one.

This is the most unprofessional group I have see. Took my car in for a repair tell them what I need and leave my car there. Here it is 3 days later and I haven’t received not one call from them about my car. The office lady is a lair and the midget there thinks he’s someone he’s not. I will never use this company again. If I do t hear from them today I’m going to get my car after it being there for 4 days with no work done to it.

I had a horrible experience with Eagle Transmission in Addison. Got my alternator and serpentine belt replaced for a pretty high price and when we received my car back they had caused another problem. The wheel well cover was unattached and falling off the car and the snaps holding it in place were missing. I called and told them that I had never had a problem with that before and tried to get them to fix it. The manager Carrie then got really defensive and saying how she swore they didn’t take it off but it just happens to be on the same side of the car that they worked on. She then said they would fix it but for another $160 charge which is way over priced and uncalled for as they caused the damage in the first place. I will not be going back ever and Carrie (the manager) had horrible customer service skills and was mad and upset that we had a complaint and wanted them to fix it. Do NOT go there. Will be over charged for sure and have bad customer service.

Eagle Transmission deserves a Ten Star review. Ms. Kerry (hope i spelled it correctly), Is such a wonderful person. You are treated with such dignity and respect once you walk thru the door. Her honesty and positive moral compass, engulfs the entire organizations persona. No one wants a breakdown of their vehicle, but if by chance you suffer one, you NEED TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE there. I highly recommend them, all their mechanics are certified and they treat you like family. There's no lying, or unnecessary upselling. They gained a loyal returning customer in my wife and I.

I love Eagle Transmission I take my vehicle there in Addison even though I live in Denton carry the service person there is absolutely wonderful and so are the technicians they do engine work and transmission work I would recommend them to anyone it's kind of a drive for me but it's worth it

Eagle Transmission was so helpful and professional! Our Ford Expedition had a dangerous transmission problem that was a known issue, but difficult to diagnose. Carrie took the time to research the issue and communicate with me and my warranty company about it. Unfortunately, my warranty company initially denied the claim. At this point, I towed it to the Ford Dealership and got a 2nd opinion. Ford dealership was a bit slow and disappointing. After some back and forth with my warranty company, they ended up honoring the claim! Ford was still not meeting my expectations, so I decided to tow it back to Eagle Transmission and have them finish the repair. It was done within a couple of days. Carrie at Eagle was such a problem solver, polite, and overall helped us get our vehicle back up and going. I can't recommend them enough.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Brought our company vehicle here. They replaced the transmission in doing so they tore the cv boot and of course would not own up to it so we had to pay for that part too. Well here we are just a few months later and guess what?! They cross threaded the motor mount and the engine dropped to the frame! This is all the damage that the certified mechanics have given us at this point but they say it's not un common after taking your vehicle to Eagle. They have to replace the mount, AC compressor and CV that we just had replaced by eagle. Once those are replaced we will be able to find out if the motor is toast as well. Now we are out thousands we spend here as well as the income form downed vehicle and now thousands to fix their mistake. NEVER PUT TRUST INTO THIS PLACE!
Edit: The motor mount is connected to the transmission. It would have to be removed if transmission was removed. I guess calling it a transmission mount. It sits below the motor above the transmission.

Lady working the desk was very nice. They checked my engine light and repaired my thermostat at a fair price.
