I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with DriverzFinancial, a financial institution recommended by Tesla for vehicle financing. From the onset, my journey has been fraught with challenges, miscommunications, and outright negligence.Upon signing the lease, the trouble began almost immediately. They somehow managed to lose my order with Tesla, setting a precedent for the level of service I would come to expect. Since then, communication has been a persistent issue. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and emails, my efforts have been met with silence. No answers, no callbacks, nothing.Adding to the confusion and concern, DriverzFinancial has changed its company name three times over a 2.5-year period. Such instability raises serious questions about their operational integrity and reliability. How can a company that fails to maintain consistent communication with its clients, let alone a stable company identity, be trusted with something as significant as vehicle financing?The impact of their poor service and lack of responsiveness cannot be overstated. It has not only caused unnecessary stress and frustration but has also made me question the criteria Tesla uses to recommend financial partners to its customers.To anyone considering financing options for their Tesla or any other purpose, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, DriverzFinancial has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unworthy of trust. Their repeated failures and lack of accountability have convinced me that they should be avoided at all costs. I regret not doing more due diligence before engaging with them and hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Being in the auto industry I’ll be letting my base of 1000 dealers plus know about their practices and lack of customer service. Stay away!

We are a dealer who bought out customer's lease five months ago and never received the title. They've been giving us the runaround ever since. We call every week and the customer service and titles department are both completely incompetent. Avoid this bank at all costs

This company is horrible horrible please. Do not lease with them it’s a nightmare. I leased a car from them, and back 2021, IMy truck was burned in an electrical wire. The insurance company asked them for some documents to process the payment, but they never bothered to send them. I continued paying for a car that was unusable for over 4 months . Then, after 6 months, they finally sent some documents, but they were all wrong. And they haven't bothered to send the correct ones since then. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact them for weeks, about money that was overpaid and owed to me and all they say is that they sent it today and it’s been 3 months from the year it was totaled out. But every time I call them the next day, they give me the exact same response. It's like they're playing games and not taking my concerns seriously. These people are a joke and a scam of a leasing company. My advice to anyone considering leasing a car: steer clear of this company at all costs. They are not worth the headache and frustration or hassle.

This company is terrible. I leased a car from them, and back in January, I was involved in an accident. The insurance company asked them for some documents to process the payment, but they never bothered to send them. I continued paying for a car that was unusable for over a year. Then, after 6 months, they finally sent some documents, but they were all wrong. And they haven't bothered to send the correct ones since then. To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact them for weeks, and all they say is that they sent the correct documents today. But every time I call them the next day, they give me the exact same response. It's like they're playing games and not taking my concerns seriously. Now, because I didn't make the payment last month, they have already damaged my credit for something that is not my fault. This situation has caused me a lot of frustration and helplessness. I don't know what else to do, and all I want is to fix this problem and make sure I never have to deal with them again. On top of all that, if you want to pay off your balance early, they slap you with a ridiculous extra charge. In my case, it's over 8k. In my opinion, It's just completely unfair. My advice to anyone considering leasing a car: steer clear of this company at all costs. They are not worth the headache and frustration.

Do not use drivrz financial. It’s been a horrible experience and it’s not over yet for me. Supervisors released 2 checks that were owed to me, then found out corporate has them and I have to speak yo them. Have been trying to get in contact with someone in corporate for 3 months.
