“Hey y’all, I can’t rave about this business enough. I’m going to be posting my experience throughout all platforms, but I just wanted to give them a shout out here as they are not far of a drive and were really helpful. I believe it is a one-man business as I only saw one face, but he saved me several hundred dollars probably over $700 and got me set up and going in literally no time. He also waited for me in 30 minutes past closing time.. his hours are so flexible you might as well spill water on your laptop at midnight and get your computer back the next afternoon. Honestly, if you work from home or are a student, you may understand how important it is to have your electronics available to you. I was in panic and he spoke to me through FaceTime while my boyfriend visited his shop. His labor was so cheap and his knowledge that saved me money as college student and was readily available for me, were the best highlights of my experience. Literally, I’ve walked out feeling like I still owed the guy some more money. With all the options I had available, I am so glad I picked this shop because I had a negative previous experience supporting local computer shop. If you have any electronics, that may need some fixing, please consider this man and give him your business.”

Explaining their process and what they would do to troubleshoot. After all was said and done; my PC came back with them installing my new power supply (which looked like a complete mess when I had it in) and installing updated fans. I highly recommend coming in here for your computer needs.”

“I thought our manager had bought our barcode scanner from Texas Barcode Systems, so when our scanner broke down, I called them. Texas Barcode responded very politely and asked what had happened. During the conversation, it turned out that my company had not purchased equipment from Texas Barcode. We bought it another company. I was very upset that the equipment was broken because I needed to work and was looking for help. Despite the fact that I was not their client and had not bought anything from them, and did not even plan to, the owner of Texas Barcode patiently spent time on the phone explaining everything they could do to help fix our barcode scanner.With the help of their instructions, the barcode scanner started working! I have been in business for over 10 years and have not seen such a professional and responsible approach to customer service in a long time! I highly recommend contacting them if you are in need of barcodes equipment.”
