This is a great business that helps out the community. The owner Tom Loughney donated lots of cubicles and chairs to the veteran non-profit that I work at. Without his support we wouldn't be able to do business, and with such comfort!

The prices were competitive but the customer service was absolutely horrendous. If you have any questions about how difficult it was to work with these people, try calling one of the phone numbers listed on the website. You will be transferred into an endless loop of non-responses until the system hangs up on you. If you do manage to reach someone, be prepared to wait a full week before getting a reply back on even the most trivial of questions. If you make an appointment, expect them to show up hours late, work for an hour then leave for a break. The assembled product will be missing pieces and you will have to deal with them again to get those missing pieces. In short, avoid these people like the plague...

We recently need a desk and some cubicles. After shopping a lot of Dallas office furniture stores on Midway we found Business Furnishings Inc. They were great. Large selection of cubicles, great prices.
We will shop here again.
