I've been coming to this location for many years, so I know they do a quality job. The customer service reps were friendly and helpful. They have a very advanced waiting lounge that offers a selection of drinks and other items. I will be returning.

I would be hesitant to use this place. I got a carwash and interior detail done. The company misplaced the bags (i.e gym bag and equipment bag) I had in my car and put them in a different car. I called everyday for the first 3 days and continually got the response of "we are still looking at the cameras." It was not until I filed a police report for my missing items that they finally figured out what had happened with my items. They did not once reach out to me to update or provide any information. I recevied a text two weeks later (the first time they reached out to me during the whole process) that they had found my bags. I went to pick them up and found numerous items missing from my bags. They claimed they had not touched anything when the contents of one bag were literally in hte other bag. They would not replace missing items nor did they offer any sort of compensation to help rectify the situation. If you do use them, I suggest taking an inventory of everything in your car prior because if anything comes up missing, they will do nothing to help you.

Kind, trustworthy people who clean inside and out for $30. The profit of the business goes to two different local non-profits. Also, Juan is awesome. He always goes the extra mile to get the dog hair off my seats and my dash. Love this place!Services: Polishing

I have used them for almost as long as they have been around. You get a great carwash at a fair price, especially if you go in on Wednesday. However, after my experience today, I will not go back. An employee removed my handicap placard from the pocket in the door and didn't think I would notice. I had gone about two blocks when I noticed it missing. I went back and asked for a manager and while waiting, looked all through the car in case they had moved it someplace else.The manager talked to his employees and searched the trash three times. It was only after I told him I had the police on the phone and I was waiting for the officer to arrive that he went inside the building and returned with my placard saying it was an honest mistake, that an employee had thrown it away. I asked if they had thrown it away, why didn't he find it one of the three times he searched the trash cans, and why did he have to go inside to retrieve it? He did not have an answer.Lesson learned on my part. I will not leave it in the vehicle again while at a full-service car wash. I also will not be going back to this carwash.

An actual reasonably priced, full service car wash still exist! It's a never takes them long, but they do a thorough job, and the waiting area is nice. The early bird special is worth it too.

Not worth it. I paid for the $33 full service car wash. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. They only took 10 minutes for what is supposed to be a full service. The rags they were using weren't fully dry and the back seat of the car smells like wet rag. Interior was not even cleaned properly. I came here because I was also considering doing a full detail to my car but just don't do it, find another place.

They didn't clean well. There were large portions of dirt under both windshield wipers and on the windows and on the bumpers. After paying $35 I don't want to have to clean it again at home.Service: Full body wash

Wanted to love this place. They did a decent job and I tipped all the guys accordingly. My truck was in the shop after being smashed by an at fault driver - I asked to pause my membership until it was repaired. They were unwilling to grant my request. A clear sign of poor decision making by management which makes me really nervous now. Plenty of other options nearby that I am sure would have empathized and thus, will sign up for a different place when the truck is repaired.

They left my wipers on in the car wash. Naturally, they broke. Called car wash to get money back or repair my wipers. Was told it is not their problem and there is nothing they can do.Lots of other places to get a car wash without damaging your vehicle. A lot better service and attention to detail elsewhere.

Tried this place out today since it’s closer than my usual car wash. I got the “best” full service option. Very unimpressed. The outside wash was good, but they didn’t touch the seats and left black powdery residue on the driver side door that wasn’t even there before. Crumbs still on the seats, not even a wipe down. This place is awful. Complete crooks. Don't ever ever sign up for auto monthly subscriptions because even if you cancel it they will continue to charge your credit card. I wound up having to pay $650 worth of car washes and never went through once that entire 13 months. The management completely doesn't care about their customers or doing the right thing.BEWARE! So sad companies and people don't see long term that it's easier to keep a customer than to get customers.

Just half done sadly . I got the full service best and while I understand completely it’s not an auto detail. Doesn’t looked like the vacuumed at all the interior is terrible windows a streaking and still have smudges. While cleaner than yes when I took not by much.Services: Full body wash

1. They don't wipe down or vaccum the interior properly- there are always still spots of dirt on the windows, dash, and counsel.2. Their car wash broke the cover to my antenna. I've been to various washes and this has never happened. My cover was bolted on. I let them know and they have a disclosure on the door saying they are not liable for any damage to parts of your car. The manager couldn't help me because it broke the bolts and said he could write it up but his manager doesnt pay for those things because of the disclosure. They didnt even offer to refund me or help in any other way. Just go wash your car by hand or get it professionally done.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I love coming her to get my car washed! Juan always comes through when my car doesn’t want to go on neutral and is so sweet and patient with me. In fact everyone one here is super nice. If you want a good car wash experience come here!

The supervisor was the best. He really really took care of me. If something wasn’t right he immediately took care of it without me saying anything. Awesome ! Great job
