“Jonny was amazing! My battery was bad and dead, and not only was he able to determine this issue very quickly, but he went above and beyond trying to replace my battery for me as well. My car is older and the battery was stuck, yet he tried his absolute best and I greatly appreciated that. He even recommended a place for me to take it to get it replaced, so I knew what to do and where to go after my visit. Going to start coming here for all of my car needs and I recommend this location to everyone! I was at an Autozone right before here, and they didn’t even want to perform any tests on my vehicle. The customer service at this O’Reilly was very refreshing and helpful, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! God bless.”

John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people! “I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”
“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”

“I had a tire blowout and pulled into a parking lot next to this Interstate Battery store. After changing my tire, I noticed the spare tire was deflated. I asked the gentleman in Interstate if they had a portable air compressor. Without hesitation, he lent me their compressor, and soon I was back on the road.

“I got into my car after a long day at work and noticed an abnormal jerking with my car with a check engine light on. I immediately went to O’Reilly’s and Juan was able to help me. He was kind knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to assist me in not only finding the product I needed but making sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the store. I highly recommend this store but specifically Juan. Based on my experience he seems like a star employee! 5 star review because of him.”
