I had a reservation a week in advance. 2 hours before pickup I get a text from Avis that they don’t have a car for me. First time it happened shame on you. This is the second time. Shame on me. There won’t be a third time for sure.

The only reason this gets two stars is because the guy at pick up was amazing and had nothing to do with the sorry excuse of employees who was there at my initial drop off date—also the one at the drop off when I was finally able to drop off the car was okay as well. (It was dropped off a day late because of two individuals working here the day before who seemed to lack a complete understanding that the drop off time online I had was the time of their closing.) then when I tried to explain that to them all I was was a “oohhhh” and nothing else. Like do yall vet the customer service skills of the people you hire??? They aren’t there for the customer. After all it’s a business and any fees they can throw on you the better for them.But I was forced to keep this car an extra day against my will that I did not need because by trying to rush there by the drop off time which was ALSO their closing time I couldn’t get any gas. So that would have been almost a hundred extra dollars (they charge $10 a gallon btw) and the employees working on the Sunday when I tried to drop off the car the first have HORRIBLE customer service and should not be working anywhere in the customer service field. All the man did was stand there not offering any solutions. He just waited there in silence for me to concede to keep the car an extra day—seeing I was VISIBLY upset both at the person I had spoke with on the phone who was rude to me and also upset that they gave me a drop off time the same as their closing so there was no way for me to get gas.This is the spirit airlines of the car rental industry. They are not budget friendly when you are trying to avoid extra fees. Now I have an extra day fee charged to me when I didn’t even need or use the car an extra day. I had to keep it because my drop off time was the same as their closing time and they refused to be flexible in any way. Amazing customer service when they are selling you a rental, horrible customer service when you are trying to not incur fees.

Eric and Staff at this location were very professional and efficient.Highly recommend this location.Even though we booked last minute they were able to get us on the road when other brands were not able to help us.

Dropped the car off on a Saturday at 11:50 AM. Line was out the door. The front attendant took my keys and said he would email me a receipt. Upon checking the receipt, I was charged an extra hour. Funny that this location CLOSES at 12 PM on Saturdays; so how is that possible? Called customer service; they promised me a credit for the hour (which I never received). Opened a dispute with my CC company. Avoid Avis, and avoid this location. (The fact that a single person was handling 10 customers on any given day is a red flag. SHAME on the owner and poor management.)

Every time I call to make a payment they put me on hold and then hang up .. literally .. then I actually went in traded in a rental and I see they literally forward peoples calls ..Fuxkin ridiculous and poor customer service .

Late 12 minutes because of a 3-car accident on a 2-way highway with no curb that we were ALL stuck in for 1 hour on I-35E= 96.00 late fee..
